Tesla CEO Elon Musk appeared to smoke marijuana briefly on camera during a podcast appearance, fueling critics who say that his behavior is becoming increasingly concerning and erratic.

The 47- year-old billionaire spent two and a half hours on a podcast late Thursday discussing everything from artificial intelligence and its impact on humankind to flame throwers and social media. Rogan asked, noting that Musk probably had not "because of stockholders". But Tesla has said that the departures are at a rate typical of any large company.

Elon Musk has added another bit of freaky behaviour to the list by smoking a joint during a live interview. Musk said, just before apparently inhaling.

Turkey's Erdogan gets no love from Russian Federation on Idlib
Turkish military forces are also in Idlib, where they have pushed back Syrian Kurds from the Syria-Turkey border. Putin responded: "The fact is that there are no representatives of the armed opposition here around this table".

It wasn't the first time Musk's tweeting put him into some potential legal trouble: Vernon Unsworth, the British diver who assisted in the Thai cave rescue this summer, filed a lawsuit against the executive for calling him a "pedo" online.

Concerned investors drove Tesla's stock price down 5 percent to $265.22 as of 12:12 p.m. on Friday. "I think people should be nicer to each other and give more credit to others and don't assume they're mean until they're actually mean".

"If you get one of those toy drones and imagine it's 1,000 times heavier - that's not going to make your neighbors happy", he explained.

Nadal Through To Quarter-Finals After Thriller
The quarterfinal between Nadal and Thiem had night-match classic written all over it, and the Spaniard and the Austrian delivered. It was the first still moment in almost five hours of epic, smash-ball, anything-you-can-hit-I-can-hit-harder tennis.

Musk told Rogan that running Tesla is the hardest of his several endeavors.

The company, hurt in the past month by Musk's high-profile U-turn on a deal to take it private, said Chief Accounting Officer Dave Morton had resigned, citing discomfort with the level of public attention and pace of work.

Tesla did not immediately respond to ABC News' request for comment. Tesla's head of Human Services, Gabrielle Toledano, is also taking her leave, Bloomberg said. "Yeah, I think I tried one once", he said, when it was confirmed that it was indeed a cigarette containing marijuana and Rogan asked if he had ever used before. It said Morton had no disagreements with Tesla's leadership or financial reporting.

Homosexuality legal says Supreme Court
It also hoped the ruling will be the first step towards guaranteeing the full range of fundamental rights to LGBTI persons. Since the ruling, lawyers and human rights advocates have worked tirelessly to decriminalize gay sex.

Even before Musk's surprise August 7 tweet that he had funding "secured" for a go-private deal, Tesla had been under scrutiny from investors, analysts and short-sellers as it works to hit production targets and slow its cash burn.
