The CW has unveiled the first image of Rose as Batwoman, Gotham's new street-fighting vigilante, who will make her debut in a December "Arrowverse" crossover event, spanning episodes of Arrow, The Flash, and Supergirl, in advance of a standalone Bat-series.

The three-night crossover kicks off with "The Flash" on December 5, but a spinoff series starring Rose has already been eyed by the network with a potential premiere date in 2019.

Batwoman's costume looks to be heavily influenced by her comic counterparts, including that flaming hair peeking out of the cowl, though we have a little less red in the cape, black gloves instead of red and a lighter utility belt.
