One year on - Harry and Meghan back at Invictus Games

First they announced Meghan's pregnancy less than half a year after getting hitched, and now it appears Harry's already practising his embarrassing dad act months before his kid's even been born.

During the pair's fourth day in Australia, Meghan, 37, and Harry, 34, visited Bondi Beach, where the former actress met another pregnant local.

The dad-to-be gave a speech at the opening ceremony of the 2018 Invictus Games in Australia, which happened an hour later than scheduled due to a storm that struck Sydney that day.

Meghan looked a little unsure what to do with the remote, but Harry took to it quickly, shouting "Come on" when he flipped his vehicle.

In her welcoming address to guests before Prince Harry and Meghan arrived, Ms Berejiklian apologised for the rain.

The Premier said Sydney would "embrace" the Invictus spirit for the duration of the Games, which will close next Saturday night at Quodos Bank Arena. "She has also worn open-toe, strappy heels to evening events".

"Yoga is my thing", Meghan said in an interview with Best Health Magazine. She said she was up up at 4.30am this morning doing yoga in her room as she couldn't sleep.

After their early morning trip to the beach Harry and Meghan enjoyed a handsome performance at Macarthur Girls High school. The students were putting together boxes of supplies for women in need that were delivered to police stations and other locations where they can get help.

VIPS and high-ranking dignitaries joined the royal couple at a reception tonight hosted by NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian at the Opera House.

The couple finished their day's events with formal meetings with Morrison and opposition leader Bill Shorten.
