Not only did Valve, the parent company behind CS:GO, confirm the creation of battle royale game "Danger Zone", but the company announced that CS:GO - the entire game and all modes - is now free. "When you have Prime Status you are matched with other players who also have Prime Status, and Prime users are eligible for Prime-exclusive souvenir items, item drops, and weapon cases", Valve explains. The total number of players in a match is 16 for solo games, and 18 for team games. Like CS:GO, the matches are short, lasting about 10 minutes. Danger Zone also includes packages dropped by drones to help players, which are similar to the supply drops in other battle royale games. New players shouldn't be intimidated, as they will be given "non-prime" member status and placed into a separate matchmaking pool to avoid unbalanced gameplay.

Special missions will allow you to earn cash in-game.

The arena will be littered with cash, weapons and other equipment to pick up.

Heather Nauert tipped for US UN post
The contrast between Haley and Nauert's respective credentials and diplomatic experience couldn't be more stark. Nauert blamed Hamas for the crisis in Gaza, including Israeli violence against peaceful Palestinian protesters.

Counter-Strike: Global Offensive players can try out Danger Zone right now on PC, Mac, and Linux. Also appearing on the tablet is the player's inventory, which differs from every other battle royale game but Black Ops 4 concerning layout. You can still buy the game and get the Prime status if you so desire.

Danger Zone is available now as a free update for CS: GO.

Global Offensive audience on Twitch reached twice its usual peak last afternoon, reaching about 210,000 concurrent viewers at 4 pm CT on December 6.
