Police say half of the woman's body was sticking out of the box when emergency crews arrived.

Firefighters had to use a saw to cut a couple of metal bars that hold the front drawer of the bin in place.

Police said her death is not suspicious and they are investigating the incident as a death by misadventure.

Friends have since identified the woman as 35-year-old Crystal Papineau, according to CTV News.

Late last month, a 34-year-old man died in a West Vancouver donation bin, while a 32-year-old man was found dead inside a bin in Cambridge, Ont., last November.
