Chelsea legend Frank Lampard has urged rising star Callum Hudson-Odoi to turn down Bayern Munich's advances and continue his career at Stamford Bridge.

Bayern's sporting director, Hasan Salihamidzic, on Wednesday said the 18-year-old had the qualities his side wanted.

Maurizio Sarri believes Chelsea need two signings this month.

Asked where he felt Chelsea needed reinforcements, Sarri said: "As you can understand, I cannot tell you where". I think every team in the World Cup would lose against the top clubs. Bayern Munich are a big club and he's probably seen how well Jadon Sancho has done in Germany.

LeBron to miss at least three more games
Back in December, the Los Angeles Lakers were heavily linked with a move for the Miami Heat's Wayne Ellington. The Lakers are definitely not the same team without LeBron James and it has been showing since the holidays.

We'll have to wait and see how things develop but as much as Higuain would be an exciting addition for Chelsea, it would also be something of a risk to sign a 31-year-old who's never played in the Premier League and may take some time to adjust to life in England. I am happy with the player because he is improving, improving a lot in the defensive phase.

He told a press conference today: "As you know very well I am not in control of the transfer market". "We've played with each other at England".

"Then it depends on the club decision". 'I don't know why someone would go to Bayern Munich'.

Sarri declined to comment on his apparent pursuit of the Napoli striker Gonzalo Higuaín, who is on loan at Milan from Juventus, but he did say that if Álvaro Morata departed, with loan moves to Sevilla and Atletico Madrid mooted, Chelsea would have to recruit a striker.

Fitzgerald said investigators believe the girl was "the only target" and don't believe Patterson had any contact with the family. During the 20 minutes Jayme was in their home, Peter and Kristin Kasinskas said they tried to make her feel more comfortable.

Sarri told the Spain worldwide he will not stand in his way if he wants to leave the club this month but insists he'll need a replacement.

Shifting Morata may be hard given his wages but Sarri has indicated he is happy for him to go provided the club sign a replacement. "But at the moment he is here, he has to think only to play".

Meanwhile, Sarri also shot down rumours this week that winger Willian could move to Barcelona.

Coach Maurizio Sarri is a fan of Willian, and although he thinks he can improve - he says he does not want to lose him.

He insisted he would still try to play at the Australian Open but added "the pain is too much really". I played him in his prime when he was virtually unbeatable.
