In Parker, the Wizards are taking a flyer on the second-overall pick from the 2014 NBA Draft who has seen his career tail off significantly as a result of two knee injuries that caused him to miss nearly 150 games over his first three seasons. Porter was always overpaid on his current contract, which runs through 2020-21 with a player option, but he was valuable to a healthy, full-bore Washington team as a versatile third wheel for Wall and Bradley Beal. He's become the main option on offense with star point guard John Wall out for the season.

Porter had averaged 12.6 points, 5.6 rebounds and 1.6 steals per game in 41 appearances and 28 starts this season.

Meghan Markle's Sister Samantha Slams Claims From Duchess's Best Friends as 'Imaginary'
They claim that Meghan, 37, remains the same, down-to-earth woman she was before, and cooks for her and Harry, 34, every day. In fact, she kept learning about his health problems from news stories and was very anxious but did not get to talk to him.

The Washington Wizards were looking to trade Otto Porter and have found a taker in the Chicago Bulls. Parker's best season as a pro came in 2016-17 with the Bucks when he had career-high averages in points (20.1), rebounds (6.2) and assists (2.8) while shooting.490 from the field and.365 from three-point range over 51 games.

Following the incident, Portis was suspended for the first eight games of the 2017-18 season.

The Argentine striker has been missing since January 21 after the plane he was travelling on lost radar contact near Guernsey. Wales reported the French club have threatened legal action if the £15 million (NZ$28m) is not paid within the next 10 days.

Parker had signed a one-year, $20 million deal with his hometown Bulls prior to the start of the season, but quickly fell in new head coach Jim Boylan's doghouse. The 23-year-old will be a restricted free agent this offseason. Expect the Wizards to remain active through Thursday's deadline to shed more salary and get out of the tax entirely.

Portis, 23, has played in 22 games with six starts for the Bulls this season, averaging 14.1 points and 7.3 rebounds per game. They also could have just let Parker expire and looked to deal Portis separately. Not long after Hoiberg was sacked and the newly promoted Jim Boylen took over on December 3, Parker fell out of the rotation altogether.
