Regarding On-Route Battery Warmup, it ensures the battery temperature is optimal for charging when the owner navigates to a Supercharging station.

The new generation of Superchargers is based on a completely new architecture, featuring a 1MW power cabinet that supports peak rates of up to 250kW per vehicle. Tesla says that "a$3 t this rate, a Model 3 Long Range operating at peak efficiency can recover up to 75 miles of charge in 5 minutes and charge at rates of up to 1,000 miles per hour". The new system it calls V3 Supercharging will enable fastest charging on the market, according to Tesla.

Tesla will be initially launching V3 Supercharging for its highest-volume vehicle, Model 3, and will expand access as it assesses the results of millions of charging events.

In office just a little over a month, she has already elicited a resolution that will come to the House floor tomorrow. Omar went on to say that "I have not mischaracterized our relationship with Israel, I have questioned it".

Tesla says that, on average, V3 Supercharging will halve the amount of time its customers spend charging to about 15 minutes.

The company advertises the rate as "1,000 miles per hour", meaning it is capable of adding 1,000 miles of range in just one hour. Tesla says the Model S and X charging speeds will be "increased" via software updates in the coming months, though it is unclear if the S and X will support the full 250kW charge rate.

As for older charging infrastructure, there are now over 12,000 V2 Superchargers, which will be unlocked for 145kW charge rates in the coming weeks.

More stations will follow, with North American sites ramping up in Q2 and Q3 ahead of the launch in Europe and Asia-Pacific in Q4.

The push will take Tesla's network to delivering 250 kilowatts, up from 120 kw as more fast-charging infrastructure is built.

Tesla shared news of the next-generation V3 Superchargers in a rare official blog post and the über quick video below.
