The Nintendo Switch Is Getting A VR Labo Kit

Described as a "unique first VR experience", the Nintendo Labo: VR Kit is the fourth set in the company's Labo lineup of educational constructional toys that are compatible with the Switch. For now, the only software that will work with it are the games that come with the Labo kit.

The Nintendo Switch already felt like the best part of a VR experience thanks to the wizardry of the Joy-Con controllers in some games, but now it's going full VR.

The Nintendo VR Kit will release in April. It will go on sale April 12th in a few different packages: a $40 Starter Set + Blaster that can be grow with two $20 Expansion sets adding either a Camera & Elephant or Bird & Wind Petal, or as a complete $80 VR Kit with everything included from the start.

Taking to Twitter, the Nintendo of America account revealed the new Nintendo Labo VR kit for the Nintendo Switch. With all of that said, this sounds like the best Labo kit yet.
