Carlson: I'm Not Apologizing Over Old Radio Comments

It's unknown if this will change should the backlash against Carlson continue to increase.

The compilation is a smorgasbord of misogyny. Do you believe what he has said in the past is relevant for today?

His criticism of women extended to prominent figures, such as Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan, HuffPost's former editor in chief Arianna Huffington and TV host Alexis Stewart, Martha Stewart's daughter.

He said he supported 2008 Republican presidential candidate Fred Thompson because "Anybody who answers "my trophy wife is my favorite possession" is my hero. I'm voting for the guy".

In one broadcast from March 2006, when Carlson was working at MSNBC, he seemed to predict our current situation by suggesting that a bigot could easily become president. If you're talking to a feminist, and she's given you, "Well, men really need to be more sensitive", [say] no, actually, men don't need to be more sensitive.

"Women hate you when they do you wrong and you put up with it", he said.

Then asked about Neymar or Mbappe, Perez said: "I'd take them both". "We have exchanges in every training session". We always talk and motivate each other in the dressing room and always in a constructive way.

Carlson responded: "If it weren't my daughter, I would love that scenario".

Tucker Carlson refused to apologize Sunday (March 10) after audio surfaced of him degrading women and airing controversial opinions about statutory rape and underage marriage on a radio program between 2006 and 2011. Jeffs, the leader of a polygamous offshoot of Mormonism, spent time on the FBI's Most Wanted List in 2006 for charges of sexual assault of minors. But nonetheless, Carlson made these comments.

A co-host on the show replies: "They're animals, dude". He's in, he's in prison for facilitation of child rape.

But so far the network is not commenting on the case involving Tucker Carlson, who was called out by a progressive group for a history of misogynistic comments about women.

CARLSON: Whatever the hell that means. Jeffs, Carlson said, was someone with "a different lifestyle that people find creepy". He's an accessory to the rape of children. One side is deadly serious.

Giants Trade Olivier Vernon to Cleveland in Exchange for OG Kevin Zeitler
The Browns received Olivier Vernon , who will team up with Myles Garrett to form a formidable pass-rushing duo. With the addition of Zeitler, the trade will save the Giants $1.5 million against the cap.

"It's disgusting! I think the religion is ridiculous, I think it's a cult, I think it's totally immoral". He is accused of facilitating the marriage between a 16 year old girl and a 27 year old man. They also were made over a five year period.

What are the odds that Carlson is one of those people who don't believe marital rape exists? And I don't care what that sounds like. I am not defending underage marriage at all. It's Islamic extremism. It's not terror, it's not some, you know, indefinable threat out there. It's much more planned out and plotted. "I mean, Iraq is a crappy place filled with a bunch of, you know, semiliterate primitive monkeys ― that's why it wasn't worth invading".

Inflammatory rhetoric is nothing new from Carlson, who in 2018 said that Planned Parenthood perform "human sacrifice rituals", as per Media Matters.

The audio from Media Matters swiftly went viral. Instead, he invited viewers to watch his show to understand how he thinks.

Carlson was pressed about the age of the children and defended Jeffs more. "They can smell it on you".

She says the Alliance also intends to highlight the treatment of women in jail and asylum centres, campaigning under the slogan "United we get what we want".
