PM Imran calls Israeli, Indian leaders out on 'moral bankruptcy'

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders in Maharashtra said the Prime Minister and Shiv Sena president are likely to hold at least two more joint rallies in Maharashtra during the campaign, including on 26 April in Mumbai.

"Perhaps if the BJP - a right-wing party - wins, some kind of settlement in Kashmir could be reached", Imran Khan told a small group of foreign journalists in an interview.

Since Modi and the BJP took power in 2014, there has been rising violence against India's minority Muslim population.

Earlier PM Modi was addressing a poll rally in Maharashtra's Latur, on Tuesday said that BJP government has ensured that terrorists are identified and killed, even if we have to enter other countries to do so.

"I never thought I would see what is happening in India right now", said the former worldwide cricket star.

"Can your first vote be in the name of the martyrs who lost their lives in Pulwama", he said in a special appeal to first-time voters.
