Tottenham confirm Kane has a 'significant' ankle injury

They will though have to do it without talisman Harry Kane, who may now miss the rest of the season after suffering another ankle injury.

Pochettino did not allude as to whether surgery would be needed but did say Spurs have plans in place for Kane's recovery.
